Renault: when insight meets great Art

Small business owners will relate to an offering that promises rapid growth in their business – it strikes a chord with an entrepreneur. A mini-van is usually the first thing a budding businessman buys and it can lay claim to ‘being with him through the growth phase’. Now imagine you are a copywriter assigned with the task of conveying this idea for Renault mini-vans. And now imagine working with an Art Director who takes the idea to the stratosphere!

It took while for the idea to register, but when it did, I couldn’t help saying, ‘Whoa, what a fantastic execution!’. The headline simply says, ‘With you from the start’. The visual explains the idea by showing the vehicle as the starting point around which the business grows – from a van to a ‘moving company to Logistics’.
