Came across this new spot for the Volkswagen Golf. The track for the ad is made up from the sounds recorded in and around the Golf at the shoot. The track was created by Paul Hartnoll of the electronic band Orbital. The idea is to convey that our ordinary, everyday experiences can become out of the ordinary in a Golf.

The idea of ‘sound as music track’ has been done before, like the Honda Civic commercial here (one of my all-time favourites). And of course, the famous Choir ad from Honda.
